We may collect account identifiers such as your email address and authentication provider data, search inputs you submit, uploaded images, saved job history, billing references, support correspondence, and standard technical logs needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

Inputs submitted to a tool may be sent to the relevant provider needed to fulfill that request, such as image-matching, phone, wallet, or profile-analysis partners.

We use information to authenticate users, run searches, store saved history, maintain credits and subscriptions, detect abuse, respond to support requests, and improve reliability and security.

We do not sell your personal information. We may use aggregated or operational data to understand usage, prevent fraud, and improve the product.

nuwawould relies on infrastructure and payment providers such as Firebase, Vercel, Creem, and configured email-delivery vendors. Depending on the workflow you run, limited request data may also be shared with the relevant upstream analysis provider.

We may disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, to respond to abuse or security incidents, or to protect users and the public.

Saved history remains available until you delete it or request account assistance. Certain billing, fraud-prevention, or compliance records may be retained for a reasonable period even after deletion requests where required to operate the service or comply with law.
