Acceptable Use Policy

nuwawould is intended for lawful review of public-source signals. You may not use the service in ways that endanger people, invade privacy unlawfully, facilitate fraud, or bypass platform or provider restrictions.

Prohibited conduct

Stalking, harassment, threats, extortion, blackmail, or intimidation.
Doxxing, invasive surveillance, or unlawful tracking of any individual.
Fraud, impersonation, phishing, account takeover, or identity manipulation.
Discriminatory profiling, unlawful background screening, or decisions involving housing, employment, insurance, credit, or eligibility without proper legal basis.
Submission of exploitative, abusive, or unlawful content, including material involving minors or sexual extortion.

Sensitive workflows

Face, phone, wallet, and profile workflows can be sensitive. You must not use them to identify, target, shame, exploit, or discriminate against people, or to circumvent applicable privacy, biometric, or consumer-protection laws.

If a result is uncertain, stale, or incomplete, you must not present it as a verified fact.

Operational abuse

You may not probe, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service, providers, payment systems, or authentication flows. Automated abuse, credential attacks, or attempts to evade billing and access controls are prohibited.

We may suspend access, preserve logs, reject payments, or report activity where abuse or unlawful use is suspected.
