Billing and refunds

Credit packs are one-time purchases. There is no automatic renewal, no recurring subscription, and no cancellation flow because future billing does not continue on its own.

Credits are added to the same shared workspace balance and can be used across the supported tools until they are consumed. Unused credits do not expire.

Charges are generally non-refundable once credits have been granted or used, except where required by law or where a duplicate, mistaken, or unauthorized charge is confirmed.

Refund questions can be sent to yiwangyuai@gmail.com. Include the account email address and any order reference.

If a payment fails, the credit pack is not added until checkout is completed successfully. Changes to pricing or pack structure may be updated over time, and the latest terms will be reflected at checkout.

Taxes, local fees, or payment-provider charges may appear depending on the checkout region and payment method.
